Course Overview

The Leadership & People Management (LPM) Workforce Skills Qualifications (WSQ) framework is designed to benchmark supervisory capabilities and provide a leadership development roadmap for individual.

It enables individual to keep up-to-date with the latest trends and practices through structured and peer learning. It also allows them to gain formal recognition of their competencies through modularised competency training programmes within a nationally recognised framework.

To achieve a full qualification in WSQ Leadership & People Management, individual will need to complete 8 competency modules comprising of 6 Core and 2 Elective units. The 2 elective units may be taken from Level 3, 4 or 5 within the LPM WSQ framework or other industry WSQ frameworks.
