Course Overview
This course addresses the skills and knowledge required to apply critical thinking and analytical skills for problem-solving, which includes challenging and rethinking ideas, analysing business issues to put forth recommendations to stakeholders, as well as enhancing creative thinking among team members.
Learning Outcomes
At the end of the workshop, the learners will be able to:
- Analyse business issues using critical thinking to make recommendations to relevant stakeholders
- Challenge and rethink ideas and provide insights to relevant stakeholders for continuous business improvement
- Make recommendations that are attuned to the needs of relevant stakeholders and aligned to organisational objectives by exercising empathy and organisational awareness to close the gaps
